These terms apply to the Hazri app and to hazri.net. By using Hazri you agree to them.
Hazri is attendance and payroll software used by an Employer for its employees. The Employer sets the rules (shifts, rates, deductions); Hazri applies them.
Hours and salary shown are calculated from the recorded attendance and the Employer's settings. The Employer is responsible for the final payroll decisions. If you think an entry is wrong, tell your supervisor or HR — original times are kept when entries are corrected.
Do not try to break, copy or overload the service, or access data that is not yours.
We work to keep Hazri running, but it may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside our control. The app stores attendance on the phone when there is no internet and sends it later.
To the extent the law allows, the Hazri developer is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian law.
Your Employer may stop your account. You may stop using Hazri and ask for deletion at any time — see Delete my account.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
