Delete my account

You can ask us to delete your Hazri account and the personal data linked to it.

How to ask

1. Send an email to nikitchemltd@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Hazri account, from any address, or call / WhatsApp 96530 65110.
2. Tell us your name, the mobile number you log in with, and your Employer's name.
3. We will confirm that the request really comes from you (for example by calling the number) and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your login, PIN, profile, selfies, reference face photo, odometer and fuel photos, and location / route data.

What may be kept

Attendance and payroll records that your Employer must keep by law (for example wages, PF and ESI records) are kept for the period the law requires, in a form that is no longer used to sign in or to track you. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.

Delete only some data

You can also ask us to delete only your face photo or location data, or to correct wrong details. Write to the same address.
